ARE YOUR FOOTBALL SHIRTS 100% AUTHENTIC?

 

Yes, we only sell 100% authentic football shirts.  Period.  

We carry-out careful checks of each item’s authenticity and background to protect our customers and only source our stock from trusted sources.  

We do sometimes sell authentic re-issues of old shirts by brands such as Adidas Originals.  These will be clearly detailed in the product title & description, so that the buyer is fully aware.

PRODUCT SIZING CAN SOMETIMES BE DIFFICULT IN VINTAGE ITEMS.  HOW DO YOU ACCOMODATE THIS?

 

We know that judging sizing of football shirts can be an ordeal, especially in shirts from past decades, countries and manufacturers. 

For clarity, we will always list the item as per the manufacturer label i.e. if it says ‘Medium’ we will list it as ‘Medium’, even if it actually fits like an X-Large. 

However, we also detail two measurements for each item we list.  (1) We provide a Pit-to-Pit measurement in CM from armpit to armpit and (2) a Collar-to-Hem measurement for length in CM from the neckline to the bottom hem. 

 

GIVEN THE MAJORITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS ARE 2nd HAND, HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE THE CONDITION OF YOUR SHIRTS?  

 

The majority of the stock we sell is 'pre-loved', but we do also stock new items.

New items are labelled as BNIB (Brand New In Bag) or BNWT (Brand New with Tags).

Used items are graded as Mint, Excellent, Very Good, Good or Fair

Each item we sell is carefully assessed and graded ahead of listing.  Many of the shirts we sell are over 30 years old, so we also take the age of the item into consideration, as well as signs of wear & tear, such as bobbling, pulls, tears, holes repairs, marks, discolouring etc.

CAN YOU TELL ME A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

 

You’ll be pleased to know we deliver worldwide.  

We currently use Royal Mail for all our delivery, domestically and internationally.  1st class & 2nd class delivery options are available.  All items are correctly insured and sent tracked, so you can follow your item's progress.   

We also use 100% recycled, reusable, waterproof mailer bags to keep your order safe, dry and help limit environmental impact.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION OR DELIVERY DETAILS?  

 

These emails are sent out automatically, so please start by checking your spam email folder. If you still can’t see anything there may be a technical issue, so please send us an email to hello@footballfinery.co.uk and we’ll be sure to quickly investigate and resolve any issues you may have.  

 

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED.  HAS IT BEEN BEEN LOST?   

 

If you think your order has been lost or delayed in the post please let us know right away. 

All our items are delivered via a tracked service, so we can find out where it is.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

We currently accept payment via the following methods:

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, WILL I HAVE TO PAY AND DUTIES OR CUSTOMS CHARGES?

 

It is highly likely International customers will be charged additional customs import duty & taxes when our delivery arrives. 

These charges are set & regulated by the destination country.  We unfortunately have no control over these.  Any additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

CAN I REQUEST FOR AN INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TO BE RECORDED AS A 'GIFT' OR DECLARED FOR A REDUCED VALUE TO KEEP CUSTOMS & DUTIES CHARGES TO A MINIMUM? 

 

Unfortunately this is not something we can do.  It is against the law and we will not take the risk of under declaring the products we sell internationally.  There are no exceptions to this rule, so please do not ask.      

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER?

 

No problem. We want to ensure that our customers are happy ones. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, then neither are we.  You can return it to us, for whatever reason, no questions asked.  You have 30 days, from the date of receipt, to return your items to us.
