Information: Official Umbro England home football shirt from 2001/03, as worn by ‘The Three Lions’ when David Beckham sent England into the 2002 World Cup Finals with a awesome free kick in the 93rd minute against Greece in the final qualifying game. During the competition England reached the quarter finals, losing 2-1 to eventual winners Brazil. The reverse of the shirt boasts the nameset Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes, who made 66 appearances for the national side. A fantastic vintage jersey, ideal for a collection of your own or the perfect gift for any football fan.
Teammates: Including Beckham, Owen, Gerrard, Campbell, Ferdinand & Neville.
Condition: Excellent. Superb colours, material is smooth and bobble-free, a few light marks, no pulls, tears or holes. Embroidered manufacturer logo and team badge are excellent. Flock player nameset to reverse as new. There is the faintest shadow of an old removed nameset on the reverse that is only visible on very close inspection under bright light from certain angles (too faint to be picked up by photos for listing). Collar, sleeves and hem are in fabulous condition.
Dimensions: Pit-to-Pit = 66cm / Collar-to-Hem = 76cm.
